What SettleWise is and isn't

SettleWise is a Spanish-language preparation and review tool for Form I-765 renewals in the (c)(8) and (c)(9) routes. We are not a law firm, we don't give legal advice and we don't represent anyone before USCIS.

You review, sign and file your form. The decision on your case belongs to USCIS.

What the price includes

Checking your form and the findings report are free, with full coverage and every finding visible.

Guided preparation and the official PDF form cost $39: a one-time payment per person and renewal. That payment covers continuing to edit the same case file and generating its form again; you are not charged again for a correction.

USCIS fees are paid separately, directly to the government, and depend on your category and circumstances.

Your responsibility

The information you write is yours and you are responsible for its truthfulness. Review the complete form before signing and filing it.

Don't use SettleWise to prepare documents for third parties without their consent, or to upload material that doesn't belong to you.

Our responsibility

We work with the form edition that USCIS accepts and we make visible what we review and what we don't. Even so, the tool does not replace the review by the person who signs and does not guarantee an outcome before USCIS.

If something in the service fails, write to us from your account's email address and we resolve it case by case, including a refund when appropriate.

Account and closure

You are responsible for your password. You can request deletion of your case file and your account by writing to us from your registered email address; see privacy.
